I decided to try my hand at cooking with his EAS Protein Powder, It IS Father's day after all.

My recipe:
Banana Oatmeal Muffins with EAS Protein Powder
Banana Oatmeal Muffins with EAS Protein Powder
15 min. prep. Time
325* 25 min.
Yields 32 Muffins with approximately 12g. Protein each
4 Large Eggs
6 Large Ripe Bananas
3 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
1 teaspoon Ground Cloves
1 teaspoon Vanilla
3 Cups EAS Protein Powder (chocolate)
3 Cups EAS Protein Powder (chocolate)
3 Cups Old-fashioned Oats
1 Cup Instant Oatmeal
1 Cup Instant Oatmeal
1- 1 1/2 Cup Flour
Optional:
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup raisins
1. In electric mixer beat eggs, bananas mix well.
2. Add spices and baking soda.

3. Add the EAS Protein Powder Mix Well (it likes to clump),
and preheat oven to 325*
3. Slowly add in the Old-fashioned Oats and instant oatmeal adding the flour last until desired consistency is reached.

4. 1/4 cup scoops of batter in standard size muffin pan
